Grandmaster Holder has done much to develop and promote Wing Chun Kung Fu in the United States. His 50+ years in the martial arts along with his practical experience in contact fighting and executive protection add a realistic touch to his classroom courses and instructional videos. He is respected worldwide for his abilities. Dr. Holder is the chief instructor and Grandmaster of the North American Wing Chun Association and the driving force behind the Ying Gi Ga method of Wing Chun, and the creator of the practical self defense system known as the “Six Zone Safeguard System”. Wing Chun… Understanding the system / Body Dynamics For Powerful Punches and Kicks, Fighting Strategies and Drills. Wing Chun Combat Skills (Applications for both contact sparring and for Hand To Hand Combat will be covered). If you would like to participate in sparring... Bring 14 oz or larger boxing gloves (leather only / no vinyl), foam foot gear and a double mouthpiece. Headgear is recommended but not required. Although sparring intensity will be moderate, proper gear is essential.
Time permitting there will be a meditation session at the end of the class.
